The Exchange Policy is only applicable to purchases made through our online site. VIVIDOLL does not have a Return policy and we strictly do not entertain refunds.
Please note below for the conditions for exchange & email us with regards to any exchanges.

Conditions for exchange:
Wrong size was bought, & wish to exchange for the right size (only if stock is still available, customers are to bear any postage&handling for the exchange).
Item is defective.
Incorrect item sent.
We strictly do not accept exchange for another design / item or refund / store credits / SALE items / On disc.

If it is the case of incorrect / defective item sent; we apologise for it. Please inform us by taking a snapshot of the defective area / item and send it to us via our email us (or email us at [email protected]) before we request for the item to be mailed back.

Customer should bear full responsibility in ensuring that the parcel is mailed back and sealed properly. We strongly encourage customers to send it back via registered mail or get a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office...
VIVIDOLL will not be responsible for any lost mails in connection to such returns / exchanges. Normal postage will be reimbursed to you once we've received the parcel (only for the above mentioned (1), (3) & (4) points).

In the event that the item you originally purchased has sold out, a credit note will be provided (only applicable for inaccurate measurement / incorrect / defective item) valid for 2 months.
Strictly no refunds.

All items to be returned must be done so within 14 days after shipping of parcel.

Please note that after this duration has expired, we will not accept the return / exchange of the item.

Items must be unwashed/unworn and in brand new condition. Sales items cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund unless it's defective.

Should we find the returned item not defective as aforementioned, item will be sent back and all postage costs will be borne by the customer.

In relation to the the case where the item is not defective, postage to have the item sent back to us will not be refunded and customer will be required to top up to have the item returned.

VIVIDOLL will at its best effort ensure that our products are in good quality, however from time to time due to the nature of the apparel products, there may be defects which we omitted, do bear with us and inform us. We will do a replacement for you base on our exchange policy.
